At Roti, you’ll find Indian food the way it’s meant to be – the finest, fresh ingredients simply prepared to create delicately spiced dishes full of subtle flavour, rather than drowning in indiscriminate sauces. An imaginative use of Scottish produce puts a further spin on things, in tastebud-tingling creations such as ginger venison with masala mash, and roasted pickled salmon with saffron yoghurt.
